Don’t Blame all Americans, Just the Stupid Ones
In Jonathan Swift’s classic novel Gulliver’s Travels the central character, Gulliver, travels to a land where regal creatures, Houyhnhnms, live amongst disgusting and vulgar creatures, Yahoos.
Here in the United States we who have common sense and reason are forced to live and tolerate our own brand of Yahoos. The problem is we have a LOT of them, they have the right to vote, and they all voted for Trump.
While I cannot say that only stupid people will vote for Trump, I CAN say that if you spot someone with a large pair of rubber testicles dangling off the back of their shitty pickup truck, or a big fat woman with a dirty wife beater and a “stars and bars” doo rag on her head, or an adult who posts on social media and continuously misspells simple words in their native tongue- that person is voting for Trump.
The stupid American, Americanus Dumbassticus, is generally a person who is disenfranchised with their lot in life and, rather than looking inside themselves and possibly bettering their position, looks around to blame someone else. This reaction, of course, in and of itself is stupid, but there is no point in trying to explain this to stupid people. It is after all, BECAUSE they are stupid that they cannot see the light in this circumstance.
The stupid often turn to religion to try to pray the stupid away, but instead, they end up actually believing in whatever nonsense some megachurch millionaire pastor is selling. It never occurs to them that, while they live in squalor and resort to marrying whatever swine inhabits the town they reside in, the pastor lives in a million dollar mansion that they are financing by sending him whatever money they have left at the end of the month after they have spent most of their money eating fast food and sucking down dollar Busch Ices with other idiots and happy idiot hour.
In other words, these dopes are utterly dupable, and all it took was some jackass like Trump to come in and validate their stupid, incorrect feelings.
I am so embarrassed by our president.
It isn’t just because he’s fat, or because he has small hands, or that he is a coward, or that he acted like he knows about medicine yet goes to tanning beds and gets those dumb raccoon eyes, or that he lies, or that he humiliates us on a domestic and international level, or that he has lived a life antithetical to every ostensible aspect of Christianity, or that he is a racist, or that he is a narcissist, or that he has hair like a bad cotton candy, or that he can’t stop blaming Biden.
It is all those things, of course, but there is more. He has knowingly fed the stupid a line of toxic bullshit so addictive that the stupid don’t even question what he says. He can say Russia invaded the Ukraine one day, and that Ukraine started the war the next day, and these idiots buy it. Not only do they buy it, they try to convince YOU that they are right .
Mind you , these are the same idiots who make raped adolescent girls have babies because abortion is murder yet don’t vaccinate their own children who then die of measles. They don’t see their hypocrisy. They are experts in their own minds on everything, and they are experts in reality at nothing save failure.
But they can vote, and they did, and our country will never recover.
So, please, rest of the world, please know that there are many of us who loathe Trump for the piece of shit that he is.
There are just more stupid people, so we lost.
